I can't find any verification if this in the press, but I have unnamed sources within the USAF confirming that thousands if stateside (and possibly overseas) miltary contractors are being asked to reapply and interview for their on- base jobs today. If they are hired, they will be government employees in the Civil Service. Apparantly, Gates has been quietly working this plan since the new administration tool office. Why is this not HUGE news?
